The first thing I do is Smile. It is very simple but also powerful....When you smile it is hard to feel a negative emotion and smiling is an easy action to take. I also like to take a few seconds before I get up to think about all the fun stuff I will be doing today / this week, again it keeps me in a very positive vibration.
